The King Room had beautiful decor and was spotlessly clean. Loved the tea and coffee facilities, along with the mini fridge stocked with water. The comfort of the bed made it easy to sleep well. Easy access to public transport was a major plus, taking us to the city center without hassle. the shower pressure was weak, making it less enjoyable. I also struggled with noise disturbances from the main road. The half-hour walk to shopping areas felt a bit long, especially without nearby dining options. Great stay overall, but a few tweaks could enhance the experience.

i thought staying here woudl be delightful but the shower was a disaster, fluctuating between ice cold and boiling hot, and the mould in the bathroom was a sight to behold. i expected a warm welcome gift for my troubles, but apparently that was too much to ask. seriously, what happened to customer care?

The King Room had a decent setup, with adequate space for moving around. A fan was provided, which helps a bit during warm nights.
Noise management needs serious work—room 4 faced the main road, and I could feel the bed shaking from passing buses and trucks. The bathroom left much to be desired. mould in various spots, limescale on fixtures, and a shower that couldn’t decide whether to scald or freeze. Water drainage was poor, leading to overflow issues that required some intervention to address. The cold in the lower-level room was remedied by heating, but condensation from showers lingered way too long, making it far from ideal. A higher lip on the shower could help prevent water from seeping onto the bathroom floor.

adequate stay with room for improvement
The layout of the deluxe suite was quite satisfactory, with good facilities and a pleasant mini fridge included. The bed provided enough comfort for a sound night's sleep, and having internet media accessibility on the TV added convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed the city view from my room which offered a lovely backdrop during my stay.
While the room had its positive aspects, the overall atmosphere could benefit from additional touches.

Just a decent option for a short break in Belfast with extraordinarily good value for money. I found the wi-fi excellent, perfect for planning my days. Avoid the lower floor rooms if you're sensitive to noise.

Friendly staff with excellent communication made for a pleasant experience, while cleanliness and room amenities like a fridge added a touch of comfort. The location offered easy access to public transport, though some attractions were a bit far to walk to. A few hiccups with the infrastructure but overall a good stay.
